Two phases, one well-oiled machine.
Phase One
Discovery: I get to know your business and processes as they are today and gain a better understanding of your ultimate goals.
Process mapping: We identify every major process you’ll need, from lead collection to offboarding, and create a visual map for each.
Tech selection: We decide together which platforms are right for your processes and budget.
Phase Two
System build + automation: I get down to business, designing and building your systems according to the process maps and tech stack we’ve developed together.
Rigorous testing: I try very hard to break everything I’ve built. It’s only final when it can’t be broken by reasonable force.
Documentation: I collect all video tutorials and SOPs into a dedicated library, which you and your team will be able to access (and iterate on) forever.
